GoLearn will send an invoice of summary of the the hours of lesson committed and the total fee to parents/students. You just pay the tuition fee directly to GoLearn. Do keep the transaction prove. If you have any concern regarding payment, we’re here to guide you.
Usually, the fee is collected at the forth week of a month in any form agreed by you and GoLearn. Both sides can have a different payment manner as long as both sides agree with it.

The minimum commitment is 1 month after parents/students are agreed to continue with a tutor after attending his/her 30 minutes  trial class. 
Parents should inform GoLearn 2 weeks earlier for any request to change tutor. This is important for us to find you a replacement and to inform the current tutor for any changes. 

Parents/Students should give GoLearn and your tutor a 2 weeks notice prior to the termination date, so we are aware of the situation. Parents/Students are required to clear up any outstanding fees to our parents before the class ends, to avoid any misunderstanding. Do not hesitate to ask us if you need any assistance!

Yes, you can change the
1. Duration per lesson (i.e 2 hours/lesson)
2. Number of Lesson per week (i.e 3 lessons per week)
3. Day of Week and Time to conduct the lesson (i.e Sunday, 4-530pm)
Changes to 1. and 2. will change the fee as well.

You CANNOT change
1. Tutoring Rate agreed
2. Tutoring Area (for home tutoring only)
