我们会在12小时内联系您。当中，您也可以让我们知道孩子的成绩和其他特别需求。我们将会给您介绍3-5位最合适的老师给您选择。
步骤 3:
选择您中意的导师，然后马上开始领取30分钟免费试课。试课后不满意？别担心，我们继续安排第二位给您。服务全免费！
当然可以! 每一位GoLearn导师都通过严格筛选。GoLearn核实每位导师的个人信息，学历及家庭背景。孩子可以放心学习。
如果您不满意我们的某位导师，务必直接让我们知道。GoLearn 将采取比要行动，包括给您换新的导师。
一对一上门补习，父母可以选择导师去您的家，或者把孩子送去导师的家。
一对一网课将通过Zoom,Google Meet 或WebEx 进行上课。
GoLearn 将根据每一位孩子需要进步的地方，量身定制符合的课程。确保孩子学习顺利的同时，导师也会给孩子测验，以对课程进行调整。
我们鼓励父母和导师与GoLearn 沟通好您对孩子的目标和期望。
学费是根据一个月上课的频率和一堂课的时间（小时），导师的经验，地区及父母的特别要求（如考试班，加课）进行计算。别担心，GoLearn 会让您=父母知道一个月的学费。确定后，我们才安排导师给您。
不…我们的服务完全免费！ 父母只需每个月付学费罢了！
父母可以选择付款给导师，或者GoLearn。
如父母选择通过GoLearn 付款，GoLearn 将每个月给父母准备发票。学费将依据那个月上课时间的总和。父母可以通过GoLearn 公司官方账号进行付款。记得留个证明单据。如果您有什么不确定的，欢迎直接联系我们！
通常学费收费是发生在一个月的第四个星期。父母可以选择通过信用卡、网银、ATM 转账、第三方电子钱包或者现金进行付款。
不。父母不需要提前或额外付款。
如果父母对试课满意，然后已经开始了第一堂课，换老师的请求只可以在上课满一个月后执行。
父母需要提前两个星期通知GoLearn提出停课或换老师的请求。这样我们才有足够的时间通知老师或给您找到合适的新老师。
父母需要支付完剩余的款项。如有什么问题，我们非常乐意去帮助您！
父母可以要求更改
1. 上一堂课的时间 (比如 1 小时 -> 1.5 小时)
2. 更改上课的日期和时间 (需与导师配合).
3. 增加或减少上课次数。
4. 报名新的科目或者终止现在的课
5. 换导师 (2个星期通告)
父母不能更改
1. 一对一上门补习的地点。
2. 双方同意了，每小时固定的补习费。
