Teaching Approach
Classroom Management, Teaching Style, and Student Progress In my 10 years of teaching kindergarten and primary students, I have developed a structured yet nurturing classroom environment that balances discipline with creativity. I believe that children learn best when they feel safe, respected, and encouragedāso I work hard to create a positive atmosphere where every child feels seen and supported. How I Run My Classroom My classroom is organized, consistent, and student-centered. I establish clear routines and expectations from the start, which helps children feel secure and understand what is expected of them. I use positive reinforcement, visual aids, and a calm tone to guide behavior. Students know they are part of a team, and we work together to build a caring classroom community. Teaching Style My teaching style is interactive, flexible, and responsive to studentsā needs. I combine traditional instruction with hands-on learning, storytelling, group work, and educational games. I believe in active learningāwhere students are not just listening but participating. I adapt my methods based on individual learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) and offer extra support or challenges as needed. Learning Materials Used I use a wide variety of materials to keep lessons engaging and effective, including: Phonics-based readers and storytelling books for literacy Manipulatives and visual aids for math (e.g. counting blocks, number lines) Flashcards, charts, and songs.
