I prioritize a student-centered approach. I believe that each student has unique strengths and challenges, so I take time to get to know my students' learning styles and needs. I focus on creating an environment that fosters active participation and encourages critical thinking. I use a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities to ensure that all students are engaged, regardless of their preferred learning style. I structure my classes to build a solid foundation in the subject matter and then expand on more complex ideas. This way, students gradually progress while feeling confident in their understanding of key concepts. My classes are interactive, and I regularly check in with students to ensure they’re grasping the material, using both formal assessments and informal discussions
