Customer Service

Working Location:

Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya

Your Tasks:

✅Understand the needs of the customers (parents & students), pair them with the ideal tutor, and organize trial sessions

✅Take care of active assigned customers

✅Handle billing and collect tuition fees from customers 

✅Handle payment to tutors

You will be a great fit if: 

✅You’re ambitious and achieving goals motivate you. Having past working experience in sales or customer service is a bonus.  

✅You have a good command of English and like to talk to people. You are open-minded and self-confident. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, or Tamil native are bonuses. 

✅You like to try new things and take ownership of initiatives. You are not afraid of mistakes and roll up your sleeves to make things happen. 

✅Malay or Chinese(中文) native speaker is a bonus.  

✅Able to work in Cyberjaya. If you are not and wish to move here, we’re here to help!
